GENERAL REGULATIONS

A rule for all to guarantee everyone's satisfaction

  • Appropriate bathing attire is required inside the hammam and in the relaxation room. It is strongly advised to wear a bathing suit or, failing that, to wear a fotah (pareo), out of respect for other customers.

  • Access to the Hammam is prohibited for children under 10 years old. Children are under the full responsibility of the adults who
    accompany.    

  •   The duration of a session in the Hammam is limited to a maximum of 1h30.

  • For reasons of hygiene, it is forbidden to make your exfoliation as well as to use henna, black soap, ghassoul, a dye
    or any other hygiene product inside the sauna.

  •   It is also strictly forbidden to use djir, yaska, depilatory cream, tincture or any other product that smells very strong and
    could disturb other guests either in the steam room or the sauna.     

  •   It is strictly forbidden to access the relaxation areas (Hammam, sauna, scrub room, rest room) with shoes with marked soles or having been used outside._cc781905-5cde- 3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

  • It is therefore mandatory to go through the changing rooms before entering the relaxation areas. Dressing and undressing are done exclusively in the changing rooms. 

  • The practice of Hammam is not without consequences for health. We invite users to be cautious and to inform themselves about this practice, in particular people suffering from heart and blood circulation disorders. 

  • It is imperative to respect the reservation times for massages or other services. Charges may apply in the event of a delay that interferes with the schedule of other clients. 

  • Smoking is prohibited in the establishment. Animals are strictly forbidden access. 

  • It is not recommended to come swimming with any valuables. The establishment declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or alteration of jewellery. 

  • It is advisable to wear beach sandals to avoid slipping. The property is not responsible for any physical damage. 

  • It is forbidden to bring food or beverages (other than water) into the Hammam, changing rooms and rest room. 

  • We thank you for leaving your place and the various spaces of the establishment in the state of cleanliness in which you found them (trash cans are at your disposal in each space). A recycling bin is available for water bottles. 

  • The water quality of the basin complies with the regulations in
    force and is subject to daily control.

  • No verbal aggression is permitted towards employees or other customers. 

  • The use of telephones, cameras and cameras is strictly prohibited in the establishment. 

  • No glass container must be brought to the hammam and spa premises (full site). 

  • Any incident, however small, must be reported to the manager before leaving the premises. 

  • Our customers undertake to leave the various relaxation areas in time to leave the establishment according to the established schedules. Thus, women must have left the relaxation areas on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday at 4:45 p.m., as well as Friday at 9:45 p.m. Men must have left the relaxation areas on Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday at 7:45 p.m. Charges will apply in the event of non-compliance with the instructions for each minute exceeding the official closing time (5 p.m. or 8 p.m.). 

  • In the event of a serious breach of the internal regulations, the owners reserve the right to prohibit, immediately and/or for the future, access to the establishment. Any non-compliance with the rules of procedure, rules of safety, hygiene, ethics and negligence, which could lead to direct or indirect damage to people and equipment, entails the responsibility of the customer.
